Dutch Supercar Challenge: RSP services the Verhagen Racing Honda S2000

Thursday we’ve packed our bags and headed to the Dutch TT Circuit at Assen for the Dutch Supercar Challenge Final Races. The Dutch Supercar Challenge is basically the highest race competition in the Netherlands. The races are at several international circuits, such as Spa Francorchamps (BE), Donnington (GB), Hockenheim (DE), Assen (NL) and Zandvoort (NL). All sorts of cars participate in several classes, from Renault Clio’s and Ford Focus’ in the Sport Class up to the newest Ferrari 458 Italia’s and Attack Praga R4S in the GT Class.

Last weekend the Fast Car Festival 2011 took place at the Zandvoort Circuit. This is a complete new event and I think no one was sure what to expect, but woah… They’ve made a very nice kick off! At this event we had a good oppurtunity to test the Integra DC2 with the K20 Engine we’ve posted a few weeks back.
Joost’s JDM Honda Integra Type-R K20A
Posted: August 15, 2011 in Have u seen this!?, Product Feature, RacingLast week we’ve finished a project that comes close to Honda heaven! The car on it’s own is an amazing machine. You may have seen this car on Speedhunters.com and our blog. Joost’s 1997 JDM Integra is one, if not the best looking Integra Type-R’s we’ve seen. It’s so clean, so simple, but so amazing. The Sprinthart wheels, Recaro seats and the overal looks match up great. The B18C engine was amazingly fast! However… Joost was in for a little more.
Fortunately Joost gave us the opportunity to get a JDM DC5 K20A engine under the hood. We’ve been working very hard on it last week, but the results are amazing! We’re the first in the Netherlands that broke the 250HP border on a stock K20A engine with just bolt-ons and a perfect engine tune and Joost’s car is the first Dutch DC2 with the all mighty K20A engine conversion!
The car made 252HP and 235Nm and it’s leaving a huge impression when you’re hitting the gas pedal!
